Punjab Loan Scheme 2025 – Terms & Conditions
Before applying for the loan, every applicant must read and understand the official terms & conditions.
Eligibility Terms:
- Applicant must be a Pakistani citizen with CNIC.
- Age: 21 – 55 years (some cases up to 60 years).
- Both men, women, transgender, and differently-abled persons are eligible.
- Applicant must have a valid business idea / existing business.
Financial Terms:
- Loan is interest-free but banks may charge up to 3% handling/service fee.
- Loan repayment is made in equal monthly installments as per tenure.
- Delay in payment may lead to penalties.
Document Terms
- All documents must be genuine.
- Fake or forged documents will lead to permanent blacklisting.
- Bank may conduct verification surveys before approval.
Business Terms:
- Loan must be used only for approved business purposes.
- Misuse of funds (personal use, gambling, speculative trading, etc.) can result in legal action.
- Priority will be given to SMEs, manufacturing, IT, agriculture, and women entrepreneurs.
Key Notes:
- Govt. may change scheme terms without prior notice.
- Once a file is rejected due to fraud or misrepresentation, applicant cannot reapply.
- Always keep bank receipts and agreements safe for record.
